I am so happy to say that I am back on track health wise. I have not been experiencing any IBS symptoms and am cleaning a full healing in Jesus name! I had injured my knee this past December and had to take a break from using my elliptical which I was up to 5 miles a day on. Just a few days ago I was able to get back on it and went for a full 30 minutes without any knee pain!
I have started a smoothie health plan (two homemade all natural shakes and a healthy dinner) to bombard my body with nutrient rich foods. In just four days I am already seeing a large improvement in my energy, clarity of mind and mood. I am trying my hardest to get my husband on it as well, and so far he has been a good sport.
Just 2 nights ago I started oil pulling with coconut oil. I will have a special blog post just for that in two weeks to let you know how that all goes.
I am very excited about so much in my life right now. I can’t think God enough for all that He’s done for me, for all that He is doing for me and for the future He holds for me. I give Him all the glory and honor and praise! He has brought me through so much in the past five years and I don’t know where I would be without him. God has given me a wonderful family, a wonderful life and now my health. Just thinking about it as I’m writing this I get choked up.
Most people don’t understand IBS, all the pain physically and emotionally, the strain and the drain that it puts on you and how that affects your family, as does any kind of chronic illness. It’s so easy for people to understand pain when it’s visible but when it is invisible only those who have gone through it can truly understand it.
I am so grateful to my husband he stood by my side, who supported me and loved me when that was what I needed the most. He has been rejoicing with me in my healing and supportive of me on my road to health. He is everything I have ever wanted and needed and a husband, I don’t know how I ended up with such a wonderful man.
I am blessed beyond belief!
